Flap-R Door Model

1/16" Thick

Two-ply, flexible, fabric-reinforced vinyl is sewn together to create the door-body. 18" x 15" flexible vinyl windows are standard and they extend to the center edge of each leaf of a pair.

¼" Thick

Two layers of 1/8" thick, non-reinforced vinyl are electronically welded and adhesive-bonded to each other to create the door-body. The ¼" thick flexible vinyl windows are full-width.

Both

There is no bottom hinge so loads can pass close to the jamb. The gravity-action-offset hardware is all at the top of the opening. This is the perfect door for wide loads going through narrow openings.
